Questions before you bring your ranch to EquiLogix?

EquiLogix brings together riding lessons, therapeutic riding, guided trail rides and boarding records. Managers can organize the riders, horses, instructors and arenas involved in these activities.

New ranch registration starts with an invitation from an EquiLogix platform administrator. Create an account, accept your invitation and enter your ranch details. Creating an account alone does not create a ranch.

Yes. An account can have memberships in several ranches. Switch ranches from the ranch selection screen. Your role and available actions depend on your membership in each ranch.

Rider records bring together registration information, guardian links, forms and instructor assignments. Horse records include identifying details, care history, reminders and supporting files. Access depends on the staff member’s permissions.

Yes. Plan one-time or weekly meetings, set an end date or session count, and change one meeting or following meetings in a series. Conflicts remain visible for review. Cancellations record a reason and makeup eligibility; an eligibility decision does not create or change a charge.

The schedule checks resource availability and shows conflicts for staff to resolve. Staff can manage affected meetings when a horse or arena is unavailable, review alternatives and schedule eligible makeups.

Authorized staff can document attendance, an absence or a meeting that did not take place, and add session notes. Available records and actions follow the ranch’s staff permissions.

Yes. Ranch links open public registration, safety and other available forms with the ranch’s identity. Riders or guardians can fill in the required details and sign where requested. Saved information is connected to the relevant ranch records.

Form management supports revisions and a record of changes. Previously sent offers and signed forms retain their saved terms. Staff need the appropriate permissions to edit forms and settings.

Document upload with manual review is available. Staff review the information, choose or confirm the matching rider, and approve the import before records are updated. Keep the source document for reference. AI document analysis is not active.

Do not assume that recording a price, funding source or makeup decision collects a payment. Automatic payment collection and specific payment integrations are not offered here as active capabilities. Confirm your payment workflow separately with the EquiLogix team.

No. Ranch roles and permissions determine available records and actions. Platform administration is separate from ranch membership; having a ranch role does not grant EquiLogix administrator access.

Ranch pages and forms on a configured ranch subdomain display the ranch’s identity. The product website and platform administration remain separate. Ranch workflows do not include EquiLogix sales content.

The interface supports Hebrew with right-to-left layout and English with left-to-right layout. Use the language selector to change the interface language. Text entered by your team and uploaded documents keep their original language.

Yes. Open the website in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Forms and management controls adapt to the screen; detailed calendars and tables may use a scrollable region to keep their information readable.

Review staff access and the form’s data-retention settings for your workflow. Retention settings are configurable for supported forms.
